How copyright (or protect) my idea of mobile software in the UK?
I have an excellent idea for the phone software mobile and want to protect copyright, perhaps? I heard that the laws are different in the UK from the United States. Do I have to build the software prior to the submission legal or can I protect the "idea"? also because my other idea uses technology (GPS) is the impact on my copyright?
Why not hiring a lawyer and sell your idea to a major publisher of software for mobile? That the copyright your idea! This would give a lot of headaches. Good luck!
