Multiple Choice Question: the law of the powers of the U.S. Gov't?.
Which of the following does not represent how the legislative Federal Government of the United States are divided among the branches? A. The President can issue decrees and proclamations which have force of law. B. The Supreme Court decisions of Justice has the force of law; c. Bureaucrats can do almost the acting legislation into law. D. Only Congress formal law-making power. E. All of these responses are true. I think the answer is "B", because I know that the Supreme Court is only authorized to interpret the law to justice. However, I am 100% positive. What do you think?
Bureaucrat's not really a government branch, but a member or official of a bureaucracy, so that the branches lists would include'm still not but I think the answer is C. .. Since its so vague.
