Explanation of the right to an abortion and due process?

Roe and the cases that followed it were supposedly decided on 14th amendment due process clause grounds, which reads: No State shall… (privileges or immunities clause here)… deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.

I presume “right to abortion” would be substituted for the word “liberty” within the due process clause, but then that begs the question, what would be sufficient due process to deny the right to an abortion? It can’t simply be carrying a fetus until it becomes viable, because that is neither process in the traditional sense of the word, nor could it even acurrately be called the deprivation of a right, since the right that Roe announces is a qualified one (i.e., the right is defined so that it is not violated when the state reasonable regulates abortions of viable fetuses). Isn’t the due process clause really referring to the traditional criminal and civil penalties?

First of all abortions is called murder, and it’s called abortion to sugar coat it’s real meaning!! Second, for every abortion that is done, that means one more immigrant coming into this country that want abort their children, because they have enough common since to know that it’s wrong to have abortions.

Bush new this, so why do you think he’s letting illegal immigrants run over hear, and he put a stop to the STIM CELL project!! He known’s that there is a gap going in the population because of abortions!!

For every abortion, that’s a future generation wiped out like, doctors, inventers, teachers, future soldiers, nurses, pioneers, scientists, astronauts, engineers, musicians, movie stars, technicians, landscapers, presidents, care givers, workers, researchers, news reporters, pediatricians, basket ball players and other sports players, mechanics, construction workers, customers, lawyers, ETC!!

That’s what abortions are good for, nothing!! Abortions are for people that are to scared to handle their own responsibilities. If people that get pregnant don’t want their babies then that’s fine!! They should at least give them up for adoption, so someone else that has guts that can’t have children, can take care of these unwanted babies!! Does this not make more since!! Any one of us could of been aborted before we was born. WORD!!
