Michigan Lemon Law Used Cars
HELP! I just purchased a used car and I don’t want it!!?
Help please. Anyone! I just bought a used GM certified used 2005 Grand Prix. I cannot return it under the Lemon law because it runs fine. I have had the car for about a week. I drove it from the Lot to home in winter conditions and it was horrible in the snow/roads. It has brand new tires. I have been informed thru the internet that once I drive it off the lot it’s mine. However, I know a guy that used to sell cars for 15yrs. He said that there is a dealer law that states I have 2 wk period to return the car! It does not state this anywhere on the financial contract/agreement. Does anyone have information on the 2 week return? I live in Michigan. Please HELP! Hugs to All……….. Connie
